Use as directed, 30-60 minutes (note take it at lease 1 hour) before EACH meal has kept me full were I don't eat as much during the meal. Love it! This fiber product does a great job. Only sorry I didn't order the 240 capsule bottle. Also love the plastic bottles are BPA free. Take them a half hour before you eat with a bottle of water and they really do make you feel full.
