Before using this product, I had ridges going down the length of my ragged fingernails. Doing some research, I found out that the ridges signified a lack of nutrients. Adding Biotin and a B Vitamin complex has made all the difference in the world. I'm very happy with the results. I also found that some prescriptions (that I've been taking for decades) tend to leach vitamins and nutrients from my body.
